APPLE CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients
* ½ cup rolled oats
* ½ cup milk of choice
* ½ cup Greek yogurt or additional milk of choice
* ½ cup diced apples
* 1 ½ tsp pure maple syrup
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* Pinch of nutmeg
* 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid.
2. Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning, stir and enjoy!
