FIVE INGREDIENT BAGELS

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt

1 cup all purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 egg

Everything But The Bagel seasoning


Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a silicone liner or parchment paper. Set aside.


2. Add the yogurt and flour to a mixing bowl and using a firm rubber spatula, stir to combine.


3. Turn the mixture out onto a clean, lightly floured surface. Knead the dough until it forms a ball.


4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.


5. Roll the portions into a cylinder shape and join the ends together by pressing the forming into a ring. Lay the rings onto the baking sheet.


6. Brush the tops of each bagel with the egg.


7. Sprinkle over the EBTB seasoning.


8. Bake for 23 minutes and cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.


Pair with egg and cheese for an easy breakfast sandwich. So you have no more excuses to skip breakfast!
