TURMERIC GINGER ALMOND BUTTER DRESSING

Ingredients

3/4 cup water

1/4 cup almond butter

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp miso paste

2 tsp minced ginger

2 fresh Medjool dates

1 small clove of garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/8 tsp black pepper


Directions

1.      Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a jar, cover, and refrigerate.


The dressing will keep for about 7 days in the refrigerator
